NC(V) Enrolment
Enquire at your
nearest campus.
First time Enrolment (N2
- N6)

Study the College Prospectus and/or
consult with Student Support Services or the relevant study unit
(business or engineering studies) to decide which course you
would like to enrol for
-
Complete and application evaluation form,
after which you will be issued with a Placement Evaluation
Letter and course price list
-
Secure your Bursary/Student loan if
applicable
-
Obtain registration dates from the Campus
and note the dates and times when enrolments for your course
will take place (these will be advertised in the local media in
the weeks prior to registration time each semester and
trimester)
-
Pay your full class fees
-
Report to the Campus at the advertised
time, place and venue with the following:

Placement/evaluation letter
-
Proof of payment of full class fees (Bank
Deposit Slip) OR Proof of Bursary/Company Sponsorship
-
Certified copy of your ID
-
Certified copy of your most recent
required school results - in respect of the course you are
registering for (see
Prospectus for
requirements)
Continuing Studies’ Enrolment (N2-N6)
-
Obtain price list from the relevant Study
Unit (i.e. Business or Engineering)
-
Deposit full class fees
-
If not yet in possession of previous
examination results, report to Examinations Department to
collect a history enrolment form
-
Obtain registration dates from the Campus
and note the dates and times when enrolments for your course
will take place (these will be advertised in the local media in
the weeks prior to registration time each semester and
trimester)

Report to the Campus at the advertised
time, place and venue with the following:
Supplementary Enrolments
A supplementary fee is due for all supplementary enrolments. Students
who have failed a subject must add the additional fee to their class
fee deposit. If this is not done, you will not be registered for
any courses.
